Keep your words soft and sweet. Just in case you have to eat them.

September 2005: Ads by Sun (and Dell) were rejected by major publications. Here are those.

November 2007:

“Our customers said they wanted us to provide better support for Solaris.” : Michael Dell, CEO, Dell.

“It was a great chance for us to work together.” : Jonathan Schwartz, CEO, Sun.

This goes on to vindicate that there are no permanent enemies or rivals in business, only competitors.
